Poster Presentations

We encourage poster presentations and review all submissions for approval. This is an opportunity to highlight your knowledge and share with colleagues. All posters that are selected will be displayed on-site during the two-day retreat. Participants with selected posters on display are encouraged to spend at least 5 minutes during break sessions on Sunday at their poster for questions and discussions.

• Residents
• Fellows

Guidelines & Information 

• All participants must register for the conference ($95);
• Participants must choose ‘Poster Submission’ when registering online;
• Participants must complete the poster application below;
• Participants must attach a digital copy of the poster when completing the application. If the digital copy of the poster is not yet completed please email it to Alyssa.Muckelroy@texmed.org by August 9th at 9am. Posters that are not received by this date may not be printed nor displayed. 
• Posters are not judged nor are there prizes.
